NEWS -EXPOL commissioned by a leading Defence Advocate

EXPOL were commissioned by a leading Defence Advocate to examine the investigation by the police whose primary evidence relied heavily on video recorded evidence.  EXPOLs Investigator established that the police’s interpretation of the recordings lacked the sufficient evidence required for the prosecution to proceed.  The charges were dropped.
