NEWS - Offence withdrawn September 2008 Speeding prosecution withdrawn following an investigation by Expol which identified a defective process. Had the prosecution been successful a ban would have been inevitable. NEWS - Trial Success September 2008 A review by Expol of a prosecution file concerning a man charged with the unlawful detention of another and GBH with intent assisted the Defence team in successfully making an application to the Court of ‘no case to answer’ in relation to the first charge. The man was later acquitted of all charges he contested after a trial lasting almost 2 weeks.
